Terms of Service:

1. The flight is monitored by the driver and the company manager.

2. Free waiting time at the airport (or railway station) after flight arrival is as follows:
– 45 minutes for international flights;
– 30 minutes for domestic flights.

3. Each additional 5, 10, or 15 minutes of waiting is charged at 50% of the hourly rental rate.
If the free waiting time is exceeded by 20 minutes or more, the full hourly rate applies.

4. The driver enters the airport area after flight arrival:
– 40 minutes for international flights;
– 25 minutes for domestic flights.

5. Upon signing the contract with the Client, additional services (such as luggage assistance, car color preference, name sign, 0.5L still water, driver dress code, etc.) are discussed and agreed upon separately.

If any defects are found, they should be noted in the vehicle handover report. This will help avoid misunderstandings after the car is returned. Another important factor is the driver's experience and age. For this type of vehicle, a minimum driving experience of at least two years is required.

Once the rental agreement ends, the car must be returned in the same condition it was rented. In the event of an accident or malfunction for unknown reasons, a special inspection will be conducted to resolve any disputes.
